Welcome to harvest season and our edible country series here on the journal. We have a fascination with creating concepts that forge links between cooking and source.  In our edible country series we want to gather in a shared experience of attainable ways to bring garden to table. This will include edible and ornamental living walls, kitchen gardens and garden kitchens, dedicated productive gardens, children’s grow gardens, grow houses, glass houses, micro farming and tablescaping.

This series will also rebel against the elements in the colder months. Here is an amuse-bouche of what’s to come.
